Hand forged steel handle riveted with brass pins to a burnished stainless steel blade. Steel is seasoned like a cast iron pan for darkness and finish durability. SS blade is thin and springy, but durable - tested for a good slice and serve. Think of rewarding yourself, or treating someone to a special way to serve the cake at their birthday and wedding! For our server set, click here (can also be in ss upon request). Engraving also an extra option!
